When I set the noise level with Ref Lvl to the bottom of the spectrum display, It will over time continue to move downward until the noise level is off the spectrum display. If I cycle the P3, the noise level is well above the bottom of the display and the waterfall shows the noise which comes with Ref Lvl being set too high. Is this how the P3 works? I am constantly having to adjust Ref Lvl. This is true for all bands.
