Sorry John, I misread your post. To have the sw tones, SW TONE should be ON. If it is, I don't know why you don't get tones except some switches like REV and M1 - M4 don't generate tones.

The first one emits a beep in the speaker or headphone whenever a button is pushed. The second one doesn't. I can't find anyplace to turn the function on.
