I make my own QSLs too on 110 lb paper stock (4 per page) and cut them after
they are printed, but I confine my printing to small batches only because
the cost of ink-jet printer ink may exceed the cost of having 500 or 1000
printed at a print shop. I have previously used the 4x6 cards, but was not
as satisfied with them as the 110 lb stock.

To create the card, I use a greeting card program that will do postcard
size - Announcements by Parson's Technology is much more versatile in
allowing you to create your own design than any other I have used.
