Yes, but on the other hand, I knew about it in advance and I still have my K3.  
:=)

I suspect the K3s will still be a popular radio because of its friendly user 
interface, world-class performance, small size and weight, and low power 
consumption.  It's a great DXpedition and Field Day rig.
