Jim,

It is likely to work OK even with the reduced PLL range.
If you want to correct it and gain some temperature stability for your K2 at the same time, add the BFO upgrade modification - get BFOMDKT from Elecraft.

That kit contains a new PLL crystal as well as parts for the BFO.
