I don't use CW decode on my KX3 and I noticed that CWT doesn't work correctly when decode is turned off. With decode on all is fine, but with decode off the middle CWT bar is always lit. A strong off frequency signal will sometimes move the CWT bar to the left or right but it is difficult to use CWT to center the signal.
