He said he has talked to them on the phone, more than once I suspect. In 11 years of dealing with them, I have encountered some, certainly the minority, Support people who have not been good to deal with.
Wayne has been unfailingly supportive but he is a busy man and I imagine finishing K4 designs and getting them out the door probably has more importance than supporting obsolete radios.
