The P3 SVGA USB connector is intended for a keyboard or memory stick,
which are low-power devices. For that reason, the current is limited to
a single unit load = 100 mA (x 5V = 1/2 watt).

Looking for the specified current that can be supplied through the keyboard USB
connector. USB2.0 spec says 500ma. What current (ma) is available from P3?
Is it limited to a lower value through a current monitor / switch?
