As an option, and an Radio Control (RC) plane flier: I use the Hobby Grade Smart Chargers that can handle the actual battery chemistry for the KX2 on mine.
For less money than the ProAudio charger I get a very Smart Charger and can handle many chemistries. Ones like this plug directly in the wall and some even have bluetooth to monitor your charge rates.
