As I recall dad took training at Camp Gordon (during Korea hot conflict), then to Fort Benning, and finally at Fort Monmouth. He was in repair not operating, so I doubt he paid much attention to the stuff he worked on. I'll show him pictures and he just says he doesn't remember. He remembers a lot of other things from his two year stint.
