Mike I was a UPS driver for 27 years. I'm sorry you are having problems with your delivery.
That being said, I have to say that it is the busiest time of the year for delivery companies. You may have a vision of your package sitting on a shelf, all by itself. That is not the case! your package is there in the customs house with 10's of thousands of other packages. The system is overwhelmed. I doubt FedX could really do any better ant this time of year. I know you are excited to get your new amp, but please have some patience. There are currently hundreds of UPS and FedX drivers on the big road (on Christmas day) trying to get things to where they need to be.
