As this old dog is learning about SDR, Remote Control and such I have a simple question about "remote control of the K4."
I understand the K4 has a Linux computer in it that acts like a "server" while controlling other aspects of the radio. Now, in my experience, when you had a server you need client software....EXCEPT...if it is a web server or an HTML server. Soooooo........ Does one connect to the K4 through a web server using Chrome, Firefox, or Edge(?) to the rig or is there special software for the client? Yea, I know...dumb questions. But I am seeking clarity.
