I am seeking information on how to configure the Elecraft remote software for the KPA500 to work with a remote Startech 2 port serial server. I have been trying various combination of IP addresses and ports using a wifi hotspot that is outside my home network . Emulating what will eventually be the setup when I move the KPA to my remote site.
I want to turn off the PC at my remote site to save power!
