I once had a noise issue and I used my KX3 roving about the neighborhood to find it. Actually, I found a number of loud noise sources doing that as I moved around. It seems that if the noise level is fairly constant as you move around the area but will within the same general distance from the TV/FM station antennas you could isolate the source as those antennas or something else.
