I have spent time on Usenet (or Abuse-net as it should be called) and I was reminded of some of the things that occur there. I never thought I'd have to resort to using a "kill-filter" to remove the posts of a particular member of the Elecraft community, but last night I did just that! If I want xenophobic rants, and "The US is best" sentiments I'll hang out in the seedier back-waters of the net. This list has always struck me as one of the friendliest and "on-topic" places. Let's hope we can return to normal business.
