Thanks Tom, it really is a small world. It was a very important event in my 17 year old life in 1964. I guess that’s why I have a vivid and wonderful memory of the whole event and David Popkin had a starring role In it. I lived in Morristown, NJ at the time and my friend Ron, WA2MNQ, now N0RR, and I took the train into Hoboken and the “Hudson Tubes” to Christopher St. in lower Manhattan where the test was given. It was a great adventure.
