Morning Doug,

Like many others who responded to you, I use Bioenno LFP batteries to power my
radios in the field. I currently have three packs, a 3Ah, a 15Ah, and a new
60Ah. The latter was purchased for Field Day and will power my K3, station
computer, and whatnot in the field. (Yes, I’m going to camp for FD.)

I just received a new-to-me KX2 and have operated it with the internal battery
pack a few times. For a short operation, like playing at the park, I think that
power source is adequate. For a more substantial operation, additional power is
appropriate.

As far as I can tell, the packs are radio-quiet and the 15Ah pack, which I’ve
had for a year, is doing fine.

I considered a Talentcell for portable ops, too. But elected to buy a
known-to-me quantity and instead bought a Bioenno 3Ah pack.

Have fun and 73 de AG7TX...
