Look at this tool. Knipex Wire Stripping Tweezers #1511120 I have not used them, but am thinking about getting a pair. They are available on Amazon or Chads Toolbox.com. Chads has replacement blades in different sizes.I think it comes with a .6mm blade but a .5mm blade #1519005 is available. With those two blades you should be able to strip from 22ga to 28ga wire.
