I've used them on Windows, Mac OS, and Raspberry Pi ... just plug-and-play, no drivers needed anywhere. Also use them with my sound system for connecting my laptop to an analog audio mixer. The UCA202 also has an optical stereo output, which I've used. My experience using either Windows or Mac OS is that it's much easier to interface with an external USB soundcard than it is using the audio in/out jacks on the PC. Nice device for not much money.
