Are you talking about the output frequency as measured on another device? Or the numeric readout on the radio's own display?
I've seen shifts in some situations on 2m, which I think was RF getting into it. If you turn off Mic Up/Down button control maybe it will help there. I've had issues where I knocked the dial before.
