Elecraft is one of the most hands on companies. Just super when you talk to an engineer and get advice on how to self diagnose. Back in another life I had an HP 60 KHz antenna preamp fail. Talking to an HP engineer, he suggested that he had one of those in his desk drawer and would pop it in the mail. That’s what I look for with ham radio purchases.
