Even if you could do that, it might not be as useful as you expect. Sections/topics are linked from a main page and keywords, but not paginated. And there’s no page numbered “index” to help you get around. This is more of a greatly expanded “help" function than a typically organized manual. It would be hard to get around in it on paper, unless you did a lot of reformatting and/or indexing before printing it.
