You may want to check with Lulu.com They may print you 1 copy for your use, which is allowed under US copyright law…. For an extra charge of course. I believe the procedure would be purchase the pdf, download it, the submit it through their web site tool for on demand printing…
I was looking for the last version of the Cady K3S P3 book and purchased the pdf, but the found a printed copy, which I purchased.
