For some time I’ve had a Rigol DS1054z (4 channel, 50 MHz), they are pretty good and were easy to mod to 100 MHz. They are currently on offer with all the options “for free”. Siglent may have a better one, both these manufacturers are good value and appear reliable.
A 4 channel scope gives a few more connections, which can be useful at times.
