A search on Amazon for “Amphenol CS-DSDHD 15-pin” returns a list of fully populated 1:!, shielded M/F and M/M cables sourced by Amphenol in various lengths from 2.5 to 25 feet ( plus some others).
These are also sourced by Mouser and DigiKey and other suppliers in the US and Eu. The drawings are available for the cables on suppliers website. I like the availability of drawings to “see how it is wired”.
