To the best of my knowledge and personal observation, most all of the technical problems have been hashed out. They were hit with a denial of service attack over the Internet yesterday, or so I have been told. And I have heard that they were down some technical support staff as well. All this conspired to make it a rough start yesterday morning. But supposedly all that has been sorted out and the platform seems to be working now.
If you’re still having problems, maybe you can get access to their help? There should be a link somewhere in the info you received. Also, I am told that we will have access to all this for 30 days after the close of the event, so even if you’ve missed out now you could still see the presentations once you get the ticket thing sorted out.
