I'm hearing beacons on 28 MHz these days I haven't heard in a long time, suggesting that 12 meters, a favorite of mine, is probably open as well. It's an especially fun QRP CW/SSB band if anyone's around.
I'd love to arrange a time in the afternoon, even daily, for like-minded ops who want to casually dabble in this interesting band on CW (not just FT8).
