Elecraft does make a band decoder unit that can provide band information
outputs, if you can get the tuner to use band info.
Or you can use read KIO2's RS232 output to read the exact frequency; if
you're up to doing some microcontroller programming, you can then output
that data in whatever format the tuner needs.
