How are you telling your KAT500 what frequency to use. CAT, Counter, or both? Is you KAT500 in MAN or AUTO mode? If you are commanding frequency with CAT then FCCS 50000; will make the KAT500 ignore counter frequency for up to 50 seconds and stop any toggling between CAT and counter frequencies.
