Have you perused the Elecraft web site? At the top in the black band on the right there is a “hamburger” (3 horizontal lines.) If you click there and select “Support” you will see well thought out and well laid out procedures for asking for help from Elecraft and if the worst should happen, procedures to effect a return of your amp for repair.
