Rich, I wrote to Elecraft in late October 2021 to inquire about the status of options and upgrades. I don't think Madelyn reviews the many emails on the official reflector, but she kindly answered my query via direct email.
As of early November, the estimate is 4-6 months for most K3/K3S options and upgrades, but Elecraft intended to publish to the Shipping Status pages updated delivery dates on individual items as their availability becomes more certain.
