I installed the latest KAT500 Utility (3x), but when I try to download the new firmware, I get this error message: Open connection to ftp.elecraft.com20:52:32 FtpFindFile completed with error 0x00002EE3: The server returned extended informationInternetGetLastResponseInfo returns 0x00000000 Multiple attempts, rebooting the computer, waiting until the cows come home--nothing works. W10 computer with scads of disc space and oodles of memory. 200Mbps internets speed. I've updated K-line firmware a dodecazillion times in the past 15 years and have not seen this.
