did you check at the Elecraft page directly (https://elecraft.com/pages/manuals-downloads)? There is a dropdown for "K4 Manuals" -> "K4 High Performance Direct Sampling SDR Manuals and Other Materials" and the 4th entry should be the manual you're looking for as PDF.
