"Can KAT500 frequency memories set by me be deleted either individually or per band?"
Yes, see the Serial Command Reference "EM Erase Frequency Memory SET format: EMbba; clears frequency memories for one or all antennas on band bb (See BN for a description of bb). a is 0 for all antennas, 1, 2, or 3 for a specific antenna. This command may take as long as a couple of seconds. EM is used by the KAT500 Utility Erase Memories tab." Send your EM command using the utility command tester tab. You can also perform the same erase operations from the utility function "Erase Antenna Tuner Memories" where you can select which bands and antenna should be erased. Best to save you configuration before doing either. I know of no way to erase the tuning solutions in a specific "bin" but you can push all the existing solutions off the stack by writing 6 new solutions of your own specification. (An, Byp, Side, C, and L). This is not the same as making the solution "unused" but it may still be useful. Here is an example of how the 6 tuning solutions are stored for each "bin": dm; DM BN08;BIN 95;FR 24900-24919;ADDR 54316; AN1;BYPN;SIDEA;C00;L01;VSWRB 1.00; AN1;BYPN;SIDET;C00;L01;VSWRB 1.00; AN1;BYPB;VSWRB 1.00; AN1;BYPN;SIDET;C02;L04;VSWRB 1.00; UNUSED UNUSED Andy, k3wyc ______________________________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Home: http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo/elecraft Help: http://mailman.qth.net/mmfaq.htm Post: mailto:[email protected] This list hosted by: http://www.qsl.net Please help support this email list: http://www.qsl.net/donate.html Message delivered to [email protected]
