Meets Sunday evening 9pm ET (0100 UTC Monday morning) weekly on 3775
kHz (Yes, we know it's in the Advanced class portion of the 80M phone
band, but we really couldn't find a clear frequency in the General
class portion, my apologies).
Note that we've kept the same local time, since we've found that
attempting to shift with daylight time plopped us on top of another
net that does NOT shift for daylight time. So, we go with the flow...
Checkins (thanks for the relays!):
WB9JNZ Eric IL K3
WM6P Steve GA K4 KPA1500
WY3T Tim FL K3s
WB8HRO Tim MI FT450d KPA500
N9CPD Chuck IL FTdx10
N8SBE Dave MI K3s KPA500
Please check us out and check in. 80M is generally quite good
propagation amongst the stations on the East Coast and MidWest. It
would be interesting to see if folks out West can check in, as well.
It's nice for everyone to be able to hear each other without
pronounced skip zones, like we encounter on the higher bands.
73,
-- Dave, N8SBE
