Hello Elecraft List I just got my MARS operating "certificate". I emailed a copy of that to Elecraft Support and received some instructions on how to set the rig up to operate on those frequencies.
Despite being told how to do it, the K3 is NEVER seen by the program. I have the K3 set to "USB" RS232, as directed. The Elecraft K3 Utility tool has no difficulty in comms with the rig. If anyone has done this, please email me off-list for any thoughts on the issue.
