The entire ARRL website section on foreign operation is a disaster. I've had the occasion to travel to DX a few times in the past year and always thought of taking along my KX1 - and was discouraged by trying to navigate the website to figure out the rules. It's hard even to figure out for the countries where CEPT is in place! Sorry, I just had to grumble.
