Jim I found the (so called Optimizers) to be VERY Noisy when the Sun is Just starting to hit the Solar Panel ARRAY and the Optimizer it Trying to Balance the Current (load) of ALL the panels. I would Bet the FCC Test are being Run when the Sun is Either Full ON or Full OFF, Not in its Full Dynamic Switching Mode. Ray WA6VAB K3 (sum what Retired)
