Hi Scott, Check the KPA3 settings in the CONFIG menu to be sure the 100 watt PA is not bypassed.
If the KPA3 is set to PA NOR in the CONFIG menu, then you may have a diode failure in the PIN diode T/R switch or the PA bypass PIN diode switch.
