I ran a business making kits and used PayPal with no issues (probably
over 100 transactions). Even used PayPal credit to purchase a IC-9700,
with no issues. I have an excellent credit rating.
If you want to check someone's transaction quality, E-Bay collects
buyer/seller ratings. Mine is 100%.
Only time I had issues was with shipping being lost or delayed. Not a
PayPal issue. Had one or two bogus vendors which PayPaal promptly
refunded me.
