Steve: After you read the macros from the K3, do you click "save" to
preserve these values in the registry?

Right now the dialog can be cancelled (by clicking the X at the top, or
"cancel", or can be exited "normally" by pressing Save.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I was on an extended trip.

Subject: [Elecraft] K3 Utility saving macros to PC

I recently upgraded my ham radio computer, which required re-installation of
the K3 Utility. Previously, my macros appeared to be saved to the computer,
as they would appear in "edit macros" in the "command tester".
With this new install, the macros no longer show when starting the utility,
although they can be uploaded from the K3. But each time I run the utility I
have to reupload them from the K3. Does the utility no longer save the
macros to the PC disk, as described in the help? Is my utility working
properly?
