Industrial electronics vendors like Arrow, Digikey, and Newark sell DE-DB connector inserts and shells, it should be possible to find cable with enough conductors from the same vendors. One caution -- don't go for the cheapest inserts -- the cheapies are hard to solder to and can melt with the heat.
