I got my KX3 out that I haven't used in almost a year to get ready for Field Day and I can't get it to TX when using FT8. My setup is KX3/KXPA100, OCFD, Windows 10, WSJT-X v. 2.5.4. On RX it's working properly, I'm seeing the world.
The antenna is tuned, the CAT control is working, the amp is functioning, but when I TX, it isn't showing up on PSK-Reporter. To double check I had a club member look for my signal on FT8 and there was no joy, although he did hear me fine when we tested the rig in SSB. For comparison, I hooked up my K3 and TX'd at 5 watts and it showed up all over the world on PSK-Reporter. Am I missing something in the settings? Please help! Thanks,Jim W7JHR Sent from Yahoo Mail.
