Indeed! Same level of service I experienced years ago with my K3. And, much 
faster than some of the big name brands!

I sent my K3s in for service last week. It was received at Watsonville last
Thursday. I received an email today that it had been repaired and was ready to 
be shipped back to me.
That is 3 working day turn around. I don't think they can improve that very 
much.
