Here is a reply I received from Elecraft when I needed a switch. They did send me a couple as well.
"Thanks for contacting Elecraft. Apologies for the slow turn time. The eight switches in a KPOD in question are Elecraft P/N E640062, described as " SWITCH,TACT,12mm,SMD".
