I found one thing but it was out of production . I would rather not have

Have a look at N2WL's QRZ.com page, down toward the end. He has had a
number of rack panels custom made by SNS Engineering for Elecraft
equipment, including one for the KPA500/KAT500 combo. The panels are
very well made, and priced accordingly, but well worth the expenditure.
I have had panels made for my K3S+P3 combo, a KPA1500, and a K4D, plus a
call sign 1U panel.
