I have a loaded KX3 for sale. I have found a KX2 (which is what I originally wanted) and am selling the KX3.
I am the third owner of this radio and it has come from all non-smoking environments. I have rarely used the radio (only on weekends) and I have never taken it to the field (neither had the previous owners). It has the following options: KX3 S/N: 0890 KXFL3 roofing filter KXAT3 tuner KX3-2m module KXBC3 internal battery charger MH3 microphone KXUSBa - USB RS232-to-3.5 mm cable CWGuys CW paddle GEMS Products cover SideKX side panels (if I find the originals, I’ll include them) SMA-to-BNC connector for the 2 m module. I have used the radio on CW and JS8. New from Elecraft, this would cost about $2300 not including shipping, the protective cover, and side plates. I’m asking $1650 shipped to your door. NOTE: You will likely want to replace the MH3 mic cord. It is frayed just as it enters the mic. I have never used it and didn’t notice it until I was getting it all together. The price I’m asking reflects this (I’m not including the mic in the price).
