For the first time in its 13-year life, I am experiencing a problem with my K3. I first noticed this last night while operating FT8 where the waterfall lit up in yellow. At first, I thought it was some kind of RFI, but it is pretty much the same on all bands and antennas (including my dummy load). It sounds like white noise and varies between S2 and S3. I also checked with another radio this morning, and the noise is not present. So it seems to be generated inside the radio. Everything else seems to work fine, but hearing weak signals is not possible!
