Hi Carlos, When you say 'no voltage' measured on Q6, can you be more precise?
The collector of Q6 should measure about 12 V DC whether in TX or RX. The base and emitter voltages will be zero until the transmitter is keyed on. The base voltage depends on the selected mode (CW or SSB), and I recommend measuring in CW mode.
