Almost any quality dynamic or electret mic will work well with
the K3/K3S/K4. I alternate between a boom mic headset (CM500)
and a Kenwood MC-43 hand mic.
For ease of use (plug and play) the MC-60 is hard to beat. If
one is willing to do some shopping for desk stand and wire the
necessary cable/PTT/Foot switch, etc. something like the Shure
PGA48 (Amazon, etc.) would be an excellent solution.
